Alpha-Care is a patented pharmaceutical care product designed for integration with HCC's Alpha-PC and Synercom pharmacy management systems. It provides pharmacists with triggers such as doctor, drug, pay plan, contraindications and ICD-9 codes that activate disease management tools directly from the prescription pathway.
