Alpha-POS^® has been carefully designed to reflect the niche markets and flexibility needs of pharmacies. Ease of use makes Alpha-POS efficient to train and deploy, and its security controls protect your margins.

Complete integration with HCC's Alpha-PC or Synercom pharmacy system lets Accounts Receivable transactions at the register be posted directly to pharmacy A/R files. Integration between pharmacy and POS application provides detailed tracking of prescription status, identifying sold, available for sale and pending.

Full POS lane integration with Alpha-PC and Synercom and EZ-Sign signature capture system allows patients, prescriptions and prices to be accessible at the point of sale with the scanned prescription receipt. Sales, payments, debits and credits can be posted directly to charge accounts while monitoring A/R balances, limits and past due flags.

Options such as a second cash drawer on a register can increase usability by multiple staff members and provide accountability for individual sales clerks. Inventory controls and sales analysis reports can significantly enhance your management philosophy. Multiple tax codes, user-defined software options and user-defined label and receipt formats provide flexibility.
